Our Commitment to Our Customers

  •  After delivery of your furniture, minor touch-ups or adjustments may be necessary. Please inspect furniture thoroughly and report any  delivery or set-up problems to the Service Department immediately. We will arrange a day for our furniture technician to visit you to  make the necessary corrections.
  •  Watson’s Discount Furniture Warehouse will continue to make any repairs resulting from factory imperfections up to one year from the  date of purchase under the manufacturer’s warranty, terms, and conditions. There will be pick-and delivery charges to and from our  repair ship. (Charges may vary.)
  • Needed replacement parts will be ordered by out Service Department as long as parts are available. There is no charge for these parts  during the one-year service period. There is usually a six- to eight-week wait time for parts.
  •  An exception to Watson’s one (1) year Service Policy will be in cases of customer damage to if the merchandise is moved to a location  other than the original delivery address. Pick-ups would also fall under this exception. Please check your merchandise when making a  pick-up at our facility. We will not be responsible for securing loads that customers pick up at our facility.
  • Watson’s will not be responsible for purchases left at our facility for OVER 60 days. A storage fee of $3.00 per pay will be imposed after  60 days, to be paid prior to delivery.

 

Return Policy

  • We know that when furniture is delivered to your home, sometimes you have not made the correct choice. Therefore, during the first two (2) days after delivery, you may call the salesperson from whom your purchased the item to arrange reselection. In this case, twenty-five percent (25%) of the purchase price will be charged for handling expenses.
  • Excluded from this policy are all special orders, bedding & fabric protection. These are non-returnable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Special Orders require a twenty-five percent 25 % non-refundable deposit.
